my brother calls me sister

I said this once to a friend and she fell out laughing. I couldn't figure why it was so funny, I mean he doesn't call me by name he has always called me "sister" shortened over time to "sis". How it all began I'm not sure but probably along the lines of "go over by your sister" or "go see your sister" the kid probably just plain thought it was my name.

My last pair of glasses were a bust. Spent a zillion bucks and hated them. I'm back to my old pair. I'm due this year for a new frame lens combo but going to try on glasses is probably last on my list right now.



I just read about these guys though...do you know about Warby Parker glasses? 95 bucks.

One day I will own a home. I might even wish for a studio and a little piece of green in the back yard. I dream sometimes that I can paint my walls whatever color I might like them to be and that if I bought new furniture I wouldn't have to worry that someday when I moved it might not work in my new place. Ah the life of a renter...

but one day when I own a home? I will get to pick out good numbers. You know how I'm a type slut - I don't have to mention it again.
